I know about all this alchemy stuff...but where do you get the ingredients to make the potions?

you can find sulfer and obsideon in the Land's End Volcano, peppermint around the middle of river Sitia (the one that goes into Cademia), seedpods in the swamp, and you can get diamonds and rubies from Atreus in Kosha. If you don't know what the certain ingrediants do, you can look at the book in the North West part of the library in the Magisterium.

Additionally, beans can be found along the western edge of the mountains, just north of the mine. Spiderwebs can be found in the cave in the mountains near the source of river Sitia.
