Help
I have found nine of the ten sapphire books. The only one left is, I believe, the book of victory.
According to Anisa, the historian in Cademia, this book was thrown into the ocean off of Odemia. This leads me to think that it's either washed ashore somewhere, or it's on the bottom of the ocean, waiting to be fished out, either by me or by the fisherman in Odemia.
Regardless, I can't seem to get the book by any of the methods described above. Where is it?

It washed ashore far south of Odemia. It's actually closer to Catamarca. Get ready to dig in the sand.
