I went to Kosha with the set of pipes that Philinus gave me and played PHJMD the the secret doors. Nothing happened.
Slayer, this means that your guide won't work for me or you miss typed.

No, that is the code.

Are you SURE you're standing in front of the secret door? I think that makes a difference. There are 2, you could try the other one.

Go to the bottom secret door and stand directly in front of it and play the notes. It should let you in.

I've found that it doesn't matter where in Kosha you play it. Try closing the pipes window, then re-opening it. I had a problem similar to that once, and re-opening the pipes fixed it.
