Welcome to the Cythera Chronicles! We're looking for user-submitted articles for this area, such as:

-- fictional stories based on the Cythera world

-- rants about the Cythera community

-- Strategy/tactics guides

-- Cythera game tutorials/hints/tips

-- any other kinds of writings that are even tangentally related to Cythera

...so crack those knuckles and get writing -- then submit your article to the Cythera Chronicles!

Yeah, belated thanks!

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans. - Douglass Adams

Now I'm curious, reply to this topic as soon as you read this message.

This has great potential indeed...perhaps if we can bypass the publicity filter and post nonchalent propoganda and - oh oops - I'll be quiet now.

So naturally you looked at the oldest topic in the Cythera Chronicles first. Posted Image

I'm too predictable sometimes.

I'm giving myself too much credit, I forgot the "active topics" link existed.

Well, signing off for the night.

G'night.

I wonder if I could just get away with posting blank posts now, then months later when they've definately slipped off the page, edit in the relevant material. Yes...that seems like it would work. Good plan.

Okay, now opening up this topic for use as a Secret Lab.
Now, I'll need some monkeys for further expermentation here. And possibly a hunchbacked assistant.

While reasonably secure from threats, and thus a decent secret area, I'm afraid it's still accessible. I had to move my hidden lair/ mad scientist lab to a page so secret it doesn't even SHOW UP on any configuration of parameters available without editing the URL...
Stuff like 'embeded chimps' and the 'view chrons by posts' trick is fine for here, but truly powerful testing must be done somewhere out of the way where it won't be seen. (Or, more significantly, hurt anything if it doesn't work out for some reason).
