"Jack! JACK!" yelled Talos as everyone looked down into the dark hole into which Jack vanished. No response. "Wonder how far down it goes," Rogan said, worried about his comrade. "Not much...but it takes only a minor fall for a person to break his neck, and healing magic must be cast on the body almost instantly," responded Talos. Ferazel started to climb down the rope, and Talos and Rogan followed. Ferazel climbed down about five meters before his feet touched the ground.
It was dark. Very dark. "Anyone got a torch? The spell seems to have drained my mana," Rogan said. A sound was heard, a few moments later, another sound along with some cursing, and Talos got a torch from his sack. The flames illuminated the area, and the three
adventurers could now see Jack's body, lying on the ground. Rogan drew a dagger, held it under Jack's nose and said, relieved: "He is alive. He'll wake up in a few minutes...with a hell of a headache." "Thank the Maker that he is all right," Talos said and smiled. "Anyone else hungry?" "I am." Rogan got some bread from his backpack, and started to eat. "We'll have to wait for Jack to wake up anyway, so I say, let us fill our stomachs."
About twenty minutes later, they heard a grunt from Jack, and he rolled over and opened his eyes. "What happened?" He asked. "You fell down and hurt yourself," Rogan responded, "You have been unconscious for half an hour." They finished their meal, and
Talos gave Jack a nutrient potion. "Let's go now," Talos said, "If the person who wants the book is close, it is dangerous to proceed." Rogan narrowed his eyes and asked: "What you mean, dangerous?" Talos looked around and noticed Ferazel and Jack also paying attention. "These caves are really catacombs; Underground graveyards for a group only referred to as 'The Ancient Ones'...including the Undine," Talos said, with some uncertainty in his voice. Jack got up and wiped the dirt off his clothes. "You sound uncertain," he said to Talos, "You are not sure of what we can actually encounter down here, no?" Talos looked down on the floor and answered: "Well...I have actually not been any further into the caves than this place..." Ferazel got up and said: "Well, we cannot turn back now, so I suggest that we move on right now and take on anything that dares to fight us!" Rogan agreed with a nod and a "yes" and when Rogan walked around a little bit, he could, in the light from his torch, see a passage leading further into the caverns...
Suddenly, Rogan's torch went out and the only thing anyone could see was pitch darkness. "OUCH!" Rogan banged his head into the wall. He threw the torch away and Jack powered up an embrightment spell. Soon, they were on their way again. "Strange...how narrow these passages are all the way," Ferazel said as some sharp stones in the wall cut up his shirt sleeve. They walked for about ten minutes in the tight passage, until they finally found another, larger room. This room was larger than the previous, and some fancy stone tiles on the floor surprised the party. "Maybe we're closing in on the graveyard," Talos said, his voice seemed to shiver, not because of the cold. And he was right. When they moved to the center of the room, the whole room was illuminated by the torch, and they could see tombstones and statues on all sides of the room. "Strange place for a master mage to have his secret quarters," said Ferazel, "An Undine graveyard." Rogan noticed a way out of there, on the opposite side of the room, and said: "Let us leave the dead alone and find the book." He kicked a small stone so it rolled across the room and started to walk towards a small passage. Suddenly, the ground began to shake, and some rocks fell off the ceiling and to the floor. "Duck!" Jack yelled as a stone nearly hit him in the head. Rogan hid behind a statue and Ferazel ran back to the other passage to hide. Just as suddenly as it started, the shaking stopped. Rogan looked up, scared. Ferazel approached him.
Suddenly, a dark voice was heard. "Who dares to disturb the Undine? Foolish mortals!" the voice rang in their ears, it sounded like the Devil himself was speaking to them. A rock rolled down and blocked the passages leading out, and a hole in the wall opened. Out came a group of undead and skeletons, as well as a black creature, wearing a dark cloak, its face shrouded. Rogan remembered the Undine Stronghold and terrified, he looked at the cloaked creature as it and its henchmen approached the party...

Very nice... I take an interest in formatting, here's something I whipped up...
