Hell no. Tumbleweeds will *never* blow across the screen in the Briefing Room, it's just too dangerous.

Don't worry, I'll imitate the government and delegate full responsibility to someone else.

Though I doubt spam and horrible cretins will plague the Briefing Room, while it can be stretched to fit Trash Talk, in the Briefing Room it would be out of place and most likely rapidly exterminated.
