One of the benefits of the webboards is that you can find out other people's email addresses, so you can conduct personal conversations privately and confidentially.

I'm of quite the opposite opinion. Most people are polite at heart, they just tend to mispeak themselves.

And, generally speaking, people don't seem to intentionally threaten moderators here. It's most peculiar...

You see, the problem there is that the threat of threatening isn't, per se, a concrete threat. Especially when a threat to the threatened party constitutes no actual threat in any circumstance. But we already know this, don't we?
