Vote for the following Species/Races:

Ishiman
Gaitori
Human
Cantharan

1) You forgot the Obish and Elejeetians.

2) The Auds are not some pure space evil. There are a race of sentient, self-replicating machines.

2.5) There are no 'evil' races in the game, merely adversaries. I hate it when people insist on seeing things in black and white.

3) My vote unabatabley goes to the Salrilians.

It depends. Salrilians for overall style, but I always have had a soft spot for the underdog, so Humans as well.

Salrillians are the best by far, they've got plenty of strategy for two opposing humans to use.

Definitely the Obish. Honestly, take the ships we do have from them and put them into Rock&Rock. Start the player off with an Escort.
Obish Escorts are one of the most cost-effective ships in the game - they're Cruisers with Gunship armanent, meaning that, in the great game of rock-paper-scissors, they do not have the weaknesses of either Smaller or Medium ships but have the advantages of both.
Obish Transports have 4x the normal shielding, and are armed.
Obish Battleships... well, yeah. Not particularly good. You'd probably just use Escorts.

My vote goes for the Ish. Although they are no match for many other races, their ship costs actually correspond to some degree with their ship worth.

I've had a hard time deciphering your illiterate garbage, but I think what you're saying is that the Ishiman ships can't have the right cost, because they're better than other races who's ships cost the same... Oh my, you're right. Of course, this might be because Nathan Lamont decided to make them better. Makes a little more sense now does it?

I also voted for the Ishiman, but if you don't want my vote, then fine.

Ahh, yes I see you did. It's just that '* (my vote)' sounded as if the '*' was your vote, which is basically why I got angry. Anyway, now that's settled up, we can be friends again...

My vote is also completely for the Obish, but since you aren't counting them, the Auds (I mean come on, just look at how powerful their cruisers are).

Actually, Audie cruisers are better for their price than Audie gunships, simply because of the holo generators and their turning speed. They don't have the brute firepower or shielding, but their turning abilities and holo-generators make up for it.

Mag, that reminds of a time I was playing aud vs aud, and my opponent built only cruisers. I, not knowing the virtue of cruisers, built only gunships. I annihilated him.
