My ares game is busted when I go into begine new game it is set on chapter 13 and it wont let me begine a new game. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Never come up with that, but it should work if you delete the preferences file. It should work after that, but you'll need to start over from level 1.

drag ares scenarios file onto ares when you start it.

So why cant i do it?

Either of those should work.
Deleting your prefs starts you over in everything, plus deletes your keyset.
Dragging AS over it to start starts over your Main storyline, and is tedious.

Try pressing Star and then three greater than the level you were up to.
