Karma is a measure of a person's standing on the web boards; 0 is neutral, negative is bad, positive is good. Everyone starts with neutral (0) Karma. Moderators can warn (lower karma) or praise (raise karma) people based on their posts. If your Karma has been affected by a moderator, you will be eMailed the details of why your Karma was affected, and by whom. If Karma becomes too negative (-10 or worse), that person is banned from the web boards until a moderator raises their Karma.

-Deleted for it's irrelevancy-

Not your ordinary run-of-the-mill irrelevancy but deep-seated lack of logic or coherence. If my irrelevant posts keep being posted, I will be forced to actually consider what I am typing!

Karma is really very simple.

If you're especially mature, intelligent and helpful, you get karma points.

If you're especially immature, unintelligent and annoying, you lose karma points.

Personally, I think that it needn't be spelt out what consitutes maturity and immaturity.

Um, this is also a good example of an annoying post.

Now look kids, this is a good example of what not to repeatedly do...if you value your karma. Posted Image

I'm sorry about my irrelevant posts you know. Sometimes I just have off days. Anyway, Pokemon, as a general rule, it is much easier to lose karma than gain karma.
