So what's your favorite level in Ares or in a Plugin? I'm personally a fan of Hornets Nest in Ares and No Time For Losers in Iron Fist.

Definately Hornet's Nest. I haven't tried Iron fist, or any other SP plugs fro that matter because Ares hates them, or at least my copy of it does, and when I try to re-install it it gives me an error number -43.

Personally my favourite level is Space Race: The Musical - if that can be counted as a level. Otherwise it is Hornet's Nest. In The Rogue it is Fireflies 2, in Iron Fist it is NTFL. In my own personal plugin which I am trying to find a way of compressing (indulge an old fool) it is level 5: Defenders of the Firewall because of the extremely long and bloody battle between the Eleejeetian, Obish, Ishiman and Sol Federation with the Salrilians and the Cantharans.

Thankyou.

My all time favorate level is probably Blood, Toil, Tear, and Sweat. That has such a feeling of like urgency to it, even though it's very easy. I also like those asteroid belt type levels, especially Astrotrash Plus.

I like the astro mining levels the most. (As if you couldn't tell from The Rogue... Posted Image )

Too bad there weren't more. But never fear: I'll have plenty of astro mining in Terran Wars (not too much, though, but it will be used more often.)

What are some good plugs, and where do I get them? I usually don't hang out on the Ares boards, but I am trying to find that Lizard in Space post that got moved to EV (I got some good stuff going there, but Constantine Mog ruined it all, so I had to keep putting the lizard, "Sobe", into time warps) Anyway, Ares is a cool game, but once I got my license code, I finished the remaining levels in one night. Now I wanna get back into it. =)

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans.

Just go to the add-ons section, and try something like The Iron Fist, The Rogue or Blackseas to name a few.

Assassin (You can fly Obish Escorts)
Shoplifter 1 (Obiards)

If I want one I'll REALLY like, I'll make one.

My personal favourites are- "Make Way", "Hornet's Nest", and "Yo Ho Ho". If I were to pick one, it would be "Yo Ho Ho". Why? Nothing beats that thrill you get when the Salrilian Carrier blows into debris under your skillfully directed bombardments.

And from plug-ins? None. Nothing's really caught my eye yet. Of course, perhaps catching my eye isn't such a great thing after all... Posted Image

Yeah, in Assassin I transfer control to an Obish Escort and I can kill the second carrier without any help. They are among my favorite ships.

Correct. I don't just like Obiard ships; they're my bes piloted. (You know, if you really try it out, an Obish Escort is like a Light Destroyer; less range, less repeat, but it handles similarly.)

An Ishiman HVC has weapons that do the same damage, but more rapid. I'm not going to get into a debate about missiles vs. stealth shields, though. I think both ships are excellent for their main class (cruisers).

Well, the escort's bolt travels faster, longer, and has about the same firing rate. The escort will hands down beat the hell out of the HVC.
