Ok, I've been stuck on this misson fro awhile and I need some help on it. Only, there's one catch. The computer screen on my computer is very messed up, and it always has a dark green tint on it. The only affects ares in one singificant way: I can't see enemy ships once I zoom out to the point where they're represented by symbols. This can really be a pain in the ass.

Hmmm...I have no idea how to fix that. Of course, Ares isn't the problem, but I'm sure if you mess around with your moniter's brightness and contrast, you'll get it fixed somehow.

I think that's an AV cable problem. I had a old monitor that did that before, but it was tinted purple. It can't be fixed, and you should buy a new monitor or have your dad borrow one from work if he can.

I know it can't be fixed - I was wondering if you guys had any ideas of how I could beat this mission dispite this problem.

I was hung up on Into The Fire for a while because of the same problem, but I eventually found a strategy that makes it so it didn't matter. The strategy worked awesome: I scored 165 the first time I beat it. It also worked very well in "When the Iorn is Hot". But I don't think it would work here because of the Bunker Stations.

How it works is very simple. Select the enemie's base as a target, and warp over there. Build ships and send them to the enemy base as fast as you can while blowing the crap out of all the enemy ships in the proximity. Eventually, if you're a good pilot you'll gain control of the space around the base. But I think the Bumker Stations give you more resources, so I would be completely overrun.

Never mind, I just beat it. I only had to make up for my handicap with extreemly good piloting. I single-handedly had to disable Bunker Station 2 in a cruiser, I had to rescue my crippled Obish Battleship from two Cantharean Gunships, and I had to single-handedly destroy the Cantharan Carrier with a Gunship with about 15% shields. But somehow I managed to do it.
