hey i've never done internet play before and i looked at the manual and i guess im kinda slow.... i don't really understand what to do for hosting or joining an internet game of Ares. can anyone help me?

To play an internet game of Ares 1.1.1 or 1.2.0b6 go to [url="http://"http://www.gameranger.com"]www.gameranger.com[/url] and download Gameranger. Launch Ares and Gameranger. Then just join/host a game. (from Gamerangr not Ares)

You get GameRanger when you download Ares. Just open gameranger, make an account, and host or join a game.

The version of Gameranger that comes with Ares 1.1.1 is a beta and I think that it can't update itself.
