Ambrosia Software Web Board: Network games in Ares 1.2.0b6? - Ambrosia Software Web Board

Is it possible to play online games with this beta? I went on game ranger and it says it doesn't support this version.

take resedit and chnge its version to 1.2b6 not 1.02b6

Speaking of beta net, I can't play lan games OR host on GR with either 1.1.1 or 1.2.0b6 since installing the beta without something messing up. I have not done either successfully since installation. Deleting prefs helps not.

Darkk, make sure the versions are compatible. 1.1.1 and 1.2.0 are about as compatable as eggs and a fan.

I used 1.1.1 v 1.1.1 an 1.2.0b6 v 1.2.0b6. I'm not quite that stupid.
