God, how I hate that Sal carrier in level 13. Acctualy I agree with you Macintosh Man, Sals are awsome. The Ademedons are just to strong if you ask me. I personally like the Ish. and Obish.
So which aliens race and/or ship would you like me to put down? The Sals?

As far as ships go, it's a tie. Neither of them are Salrilian though. The first is the ever speedy, ever confusing Aud cruiser. You can take out just about anything with that agility. The second is the Human HVD which has the best maneuverability of all human ships and quite possibley all HVD's, and it has some serious firepower.
I can't understand though, why everyone always picks a carrier. The Sal carrier to be exact. As a fleet ship they're the best you can find for a heavy assult, but as far as piloting goes, it steers like a shopping cart, and accelerates like a fat guy on a pair of rollerbladers with nothing but the power of a light breeze behind him. Perhaps it's the brute force. I preffer finesse.

To be honest, I love that Grolk light cruiser. It has a weapon that does 200 damage (as much as a fullerene pulse), has a decent rate of fire, has range comparable to that of a missile, and comes in large amounts (of ammo). Also it's shields are capable of absorbing quite a bit of damge. The only problem I have with it, however, is it's lack of Super-light boosters leaves it dragging it's tail in space.

Oh wait… we've gone through this before haven't we? Oh well. I only say that because I have had little luck with them, and have been able to take them out easily.

I must admit, Sals are a superior race. Well, just compare those advantages. And second to humans, I do like Sals. But I agree with Sargantanus. Carriers are support vessels, not something for a hotshot fighter ace to fly. Though if I am forced into a Carrier, a Sal one is manueverable enough for me to actually enjoy it.

Captain Carnotaur, sorry I didn't reply, I haven't been to this bord much lately. I like the Obish and Ish. the best. My favorite ship is the Eleetjetian (I know I probobly spelled it wrong so shut up) cruiser, they're fast and well armed.
Thanks. I'm still not exactly sure when I'm going to publish the results.

The Cantharan carrier isn't huge. I think it's the smallest carrier there is. And it is very beutifully designed, too, like all Cantharan ships. Plenty of maneuverability.
I apologize if my remark offended anyone. (Now we all know the real reason behind the Cantharan invasion of Earth: A Human insulted the design of the Cantharan carrier.)
You're correct in that the Cantharan carrier is the smallest carrier (Do I need new glasses again?) although I was thinking about carriers in general vs. gunboats. Since you are comparing carriers to carriers, the Cantharan carrier is the most maneuverable of them all.
As for your statement about the beauty of Cantharan ships in general, all I can say is that the Greeks have a saying: Personal tastes are not subject to debate. I guess we'll just have to disagree on this one.
