I have a 1.0 copy of Ares and upgraded to the 1.1.1 in order to play on Game Ranger. Now the Net Play will not work. The license I have allowed Net Play but this was well before Game Ranger existed.

Anyone else face this issue? Will I need to purchase it AGAIN in order to play on the Net? Seems unfair.

Any help or suggestions? I sent email to Ambrosia and am awaiting a reply.

I have a plan so ingenius even an idiot could devise it. We will line all our ships up and fly straight at the enemy death cannons therefore clogging them with wreckage.

As far as I am aware, Ambrosia's official line is that they are offering to give original Ares owners an upgrade to the latest version, with all that entails, for a small (Was it $5?) Processing fee.

And Fenix: If you're having difficulty with level 17, post a new topic. You will get a better response that way. Or better still, check further down on the topic list; chances are your queries will be answered there.
