The obiard chairman pounded the mark on his hover table, sending a sudden crack echoing throughout the enormous room. The Planetary Council is hereby convened. The honorable Earth Prime Minister, Jean McLé, may now state his allegations. The tall human, escorted by his small army of translators and bodyguards, rose with his hover booth towards the center of the chamber.
