Negative Delays

For some time, I've been investigating something. Is it really possible that delays could be negative?

Let's see... yes. Ares grabs signed longs from the delay field, so theoretically, it could interpret a negative delay. However, its timer most likely interprets events that "should have happened," so a negative delay would be no different than a delay of 0.
