i need help on installing ares. I dled the beta 6 and i can't uncompress it. I try to do it with stuffit expander and it says it is password protected but won't let me enter it in. If i try jusdt double clicking it it has a weird error. If someone has had a simialr problem and solved it please tell me how

I had the same problem.
Go to StuffIt, disable all decompression options.
Download.
Reenable all decompression options.
Decompress.
