HERA Sprite Importer HELP

Hera Wont import any sprites not even the tutorial sprites my sprites are 8 bit ares color table and they are arenged propperly on the imagenary grid. Posted Image

Thats what i do but it some times looks wird and i think You should just remake the sprites
