It's really beginning to scare me that I have more posts than some mods. Seems wrong somehow. Odd.

There are some mods that like observing more than posting, or due to the nature of their boards, don't have to visit/moderate them very much at all. If your board receives about one active topic every two weeks, then you won't have nearly as many posts as the boards with thirty active topics every day. Likewise, if you read a lot of topics, but choose to not reply and just make sure everybody is acting civil, you also will not have a lot of posts.

It all depends on the moderator's style. Though, lots of posts doesn't necessarily mean someone should be a moderator - several of the "top 25" posters are not.
