One does not captialize the h's in "heheh" and one does not say "heh, heh", one says heheh.

Heh. I'm just going to say MInv movies will now be rendered in a much lower time.
Also, that Return to Castle Wolfenstein is now playable for me.

BTW, I'd never actually buy a current laptop. I'd rather buy an old one and SSH into my G4 tower.

It's true, what he says, and not that confusing if you think about it. "Heh, heh, heh..." implies a sort of staccatoed uttering of the hehs, as if you were laughing at something pitiful, laughing evilly, or you had just proven someone wrong. "Heheheh..." implies a much more flowing laugh, a more normal one that you would just do if something was amusing, but there were no other circumstances.
