Seriously. I bet you guys aren't feeling so cool now. Old ladies buy your computers!

My grandmother has a Gateway PC. What's your point?

My point is that people are acting like real badasses for getting these new computers, when they shouldn't be.

That does make more sense.

Also, I don't believe anybody has ever bragged about owning a Gateway, or even drawn attention to the fact that they own one

Then you've been listening to the wrong people. There are those bragging about their new Gateway computer out there.

Somehow, I am reminded of an ad. There are three naked men lined up, with boxes and curtains placed before their nether regions. A young lady walks to the first one, with a game show host at her side, and pulls a little cord and looks through the curtain.

"So," booms the host, "What is your guess?"
"Porsche" she replies, "Boxster".
DING DING DING chimes the bell.
"Correct!" Booms the host, and the audience cheers.

Moving on, she guesses again.
"Ferrari... Testerossa?"
DING DING DING. "Correct!"

Finally, she moves to the last guy, twitches aside the curtain, and you hear the audience gasp.
"Mini." She replies immediately.

The screen goes black, and the Mini logo comes up with the text:
The new range mini. For guys who have nothing to prove.

Thus:

G4 and G3= not badass

not badass= not worth starting a topic to brag about it

So why did you post this?

You're flaunting the fact that you're not bragging so much that you might as well be bragging.

Cinco De Mayo, outside of being a celebration of Mexican pride, is a great excuse to get wasted and do s### you otherwise wouldnt do. Its a great scapegoat for all the nasty things you do on the holiday. Oh s###, I did that, I dont even remember...it was Cinco De Mayo, dude. Chalk it up to that.

Saying something once in response to somebody's question can't be considered flaunting.
