There's been all this talk about earthquakes and California recently had one so why don't everyone post anything earthquake-related (even volcanoes, they are somewhat related). I'll accept anything but spam (serious about this). It's in the Trash Talk because:

a) Someone like Sundered Angel would move it here, no offense moderators.

:P Being able to use font colors is nifty.

Come on people, post!

Personally, I haven't felt an earthquake in my memory. People around me go "Oooh, did you feel that?" and I tell them "No, I didn't". It's bizarre.

And as for funky colours- Andrew seems to have turned off HTML.

Sundered Angel: I was recently doing a map where I was plotting earthquakes of 5.0 or greater magnitude for a month (wow, nine pages-and it was one of the calmer months too) and there seems to be a bunch in California and in a spot in New Zealand around the middle of the northern island, near the eastern coast. You haven't been in any of those?

You know, California is long overdue for another large earthquake. There have been a few in the past centuries, lke the one that leveled most of San Fransisco in the early 1900s

So, Sundered, If you experiance any tidal waves over there, blame it on California.

Earthquakes are cool in retrospect but not cool during the real thing

My city is overdue for a 6-8 magnitude earthquake by about 25 years, but when it hits the whole city will be leveled-nobody has taken any steps to make buildings earthquake resistant. They are actually scary...if you're in one. Too many people think that they are invincible until one hits...

How do you change font color?
