I don't have an internet hook up right now and currently at the time i'm typing this i am on someone elses computer, but i was briefly browsing the boards when i saw the topic about you being back. It was pretty cool, so i figured i'd have to stop in and drop some lines. It's been a while. Alot has changed since you were last here. If you check out the addons sections or look in earlier posts I posted a modification of the "rock paper scissors theory" you might find that semi-interesting.
But more importantly, and the reason i wrote this is about the ares tourniment on [url="http://"http://www.magleague.com"]www.magleague.com[/url]. I've managed to create a partnership with the macintosh gaming league to set up a tourniment for ares over the web. (if you havn't heard already) It's been up for the whole summer and a little bit of spring so far. It's located at [url="http://"http://www.magleague.com"]www.magleague.com[/url] Go there and check it out, I think you'll like it. I wish i could play ares now, so i could play someone like you to possibly challenge my record on MaG. But i can't for a few months.. :-( So once you go to [url="http://"http://www.magleague.com"]www.magleague.com[/url] and check it out, you should definately join it. It's lots of fun. Once you sign up let me know and i can add you to TAG clan if you're interested, you don't need to tryout for TAG since i remember you used to be very good competition. Interest in magleague.com has been dropping i think, ever since i left. I can no longer administrate the magleague.com ares website, or promote it on the webboards, so i am looking for an admin to replace me for a while. You used to run the friday tourny's so it would be a good idea to have you replace me for a bit. But definately look over the ares ladder tourny located @ [url="http://"http://www.magleague.com"]www.magleague.com[/url]. Read over the rules, get aquanted with the many different stats and features on mag, and once you completely understand the ladder either email me at mr_ryno4@yahoo.com, or reply here and i can give you further details about the running of the ladder. If you reply here, it might take longer since i don't have an internet hook up at home. but either way i'll get the message eventually. You may also want to download magchat, it is located at [url="http://"http://www.magleague.com"]www.magleague.com[/url] as well and it is basically another gameranger, only you can do alot more with it, including scoring on the ladder directly from mag. This all probably seems complicated so look it over and email me or reply here when you've signed up and are ready to get some more info on mag.
