Quick inventory of members in High School:
Me
Sarg
Pallas
Mag
Pyro (I think)
probably 90% of our remaining regular members...
D00d, it's finals week. Most of us are studying our arses off. Except me, I'm too ill for my brain to work.

Finals are actually a few weeks from now for me, and I probably won't be studying too much for them, anyway.

even though i hate school, the stuff they brainwash you with is probably needed at some time...
BTW: Honors classes are stupid..why challenge yourself if you can ace the year with a 4.0 taking slacker classes. college could give a crap what courses you take, just what your SAT/ACT and GPA says.

And if you have a neat "AP" or "IB" tag at the end. Most actually do look at that, and a 3.0 AP/IB student has a 70% chance of getting in ahead of a 4.0 regular classes student.
I've seen it happen.

Cicion, I didn't know that you were in highschool! I always thought that you were like

I used to think Sargatanus was 21, and Sundered Angel 25. Boy, was I wrong.

Well I'm *#^()&JDH*(#JG#& old.
(*#^()&JDH*(#JG#& is Martian. Untranslateable to english.)
You can't just go around making up languages for places you've never been. If you move to Mars some day and live there with at least one other person, and you people start talking in some funky language you make up, then you can claim that your language is Martian.

Yes. Yes, you were.
I have half-yearly exams currently. Nothing too stressful, even if it means a bit of study. I've never liked the Northen Hemisphere "Finish half-way through the year" system. It just doesn't make sense to me.

"Spend 3/4 of the year reviewing what you learned last year, then scramble for the last 1/4 of a year trying to learn everything you were supposed to learn in the first 3/4 and start reviewing for finals."
I'm studying for Math, I tend to get 85s without it. French I might look at the book (even if I don't open it). English I don't know how you could study. Global I won't spend >1h on. Bio I tend to get >100 without studying…
Gym, Orchestra, and Photo don't tend to be study classes.

1) My finals are in 2 weeks
2) If you can't make up a language for a place you haven't been, you have to assume that Mark Okrand has been to Qo'noS, and that J.R.R. Tolkien has been to every major kingdom in his stories.
However, the only 2 reasons I could think of a number not being translatable are:
1) The number is irrational
2) The number is imaginary
Neither seem like good methods to measure years.

Yep. That's the way it is here. (at my school anyway)

Actually, there's a third reason: it's ALREADY translated, just in base 256.

Then he's a liar and it's not really Martian, as he said…
Technically, it could be complex with a nonzero coefficient to i in the form a+bi, but imaginary was close enough at the time.
