I'm sure that you know what happened yesterday; the stock market fell GREATLY. Do you think that it is a bit ironic that Apple's stock went up in that? Granted it only went up 38 cents, but it went up. Tell me what you think about this.

The people that said this was Apple's final straw are stupid.

And so the problem remained; lots of people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches. Many were increasingly of the opinion that they had all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. And some said that the trees had been a bad move and that no one should ever have left the oceans. - Douglass Adams

I have a plan so ingenius even an idiot could have devised it. On my command, we will line up our ships and fly straight into the enemy death-cannons clogging them with wreckage.

You can't buy stock in a company unless it's on the market, and it won't be on the market until it makes is IPO. Generally, there are the owner owners, and that's before the IPO, and then afterwards, the previous owners have controlling share of stock, and sell the rest to the public who can become stockholders and possibly even gain a controlling interest.
