I've looked around, but I can't seem to find any webcomics in the theme of Millitary Mechs Beat the s### out of Other Millitary Mechs. By Mech I am of course referring to the giant robots of Gundam/Robotech/Battletech fame. Has anyone else had better luck?

Dinosaur Comics don't have mechs, but every day there's a T-Rex smashing a house, which is sort of like a mech.
Currently making Possession 2, a game where you play as a ghost and possess your enemies.

I was really disappointed with Starship Trooper 3. I know the mech thingies where a big part of the book, but it really seemed a bit out of place with how they'd made the universe in the movies...
