Americans say A-OK. Canadians say Eh-OK. And the Japanese say "MOVE EVERY ZIG!".

We just say "OK" here in Britain, because we're better at English than you are.

I say "no worries," although it's usually an Aussie slang.

While I've probably said A-OK at some point, I don't make a habit of it. If I were to say something in old-timey speak like that, I'd probably use something more like "hunky-dorey."

I too use "no worries" a lot, and have been known to throw a "crikey" into my speak in lieu of one of my more standard "great heavens" or "s###, man."

Man, I'm feeling down. My dog died. --> s###, man; sorry about that./Crikey; sorry about that, man.

The end of the world is nigh! --> Great heavens!/Crikey!

I also substitute "cheers" for "congratulations," and "bueno" for any variety of valediction.

So do I. I'm not sure where I picked it up, but I like it.

Though my favorite word of this sort is easily "caddy-wompus"
