I like writing action, but I play a thinker's game.
What Kind of Roleplayer Are You?

Hack&Slash is easiest to do, but a stronger story element gives me much more satisfaction.
My Cythera Boards characters:
Silverfish: 1.52ft/46.3cm Tall
Mitsos/Pirro: Canonically statted
Don't forget to write Cythera Chronicles!

Hrm, I'm surprised I'm the first/only to say that I'd rather avoid combat. I play a bit of D&D as well, where it's much different from the role-playing; that is, a dice-rolling cooperative strategy game. And, as much as I dislike loss by bad luck in general, the fact that you can is what keeps it suspenseful.
In a board TS, where you are effectively required to give permission for your character to be badly injured, there's no suspense, and you have to roleplay the combat anyway. I'd sooner replace that with more meaty roleplaying.
Hmm, meaty roleplaying... perhaps I should have a character who always chickens out of combat and then people beef about it...

Careful, don't re-veal your plans too early! (That said, you could make a character that really hams it up...)

Maybe he could feel sheepish afterwards? Perhaps even dogged?

And the winner of the text only entry goes to CrazyChick for "Watch for B&B on bridge." Encountering the B&B anywhere is dangerous enough. Throwing a bridge into the recipe is an equation for disaster. - Ragashingo
