Reno's flooding.

Again.

The river is currently inside my workplace, so I might not have a job for a while.

All in all, a weird New Year will doubtless ensue.

Here in Philadelphia, it has been raining all day. It has also been cold. Of course, it has not been enough rain for a flood, or cold enough for snow.

We got thunder snow here in eastern PA. Thunder snow is really rare, it was quite cool to get some.

You haven't seen flooding until you have lived (near) where I live.

You got lucky then. Even though we're fairly close to each other, I didn't get that. :P

Edit: Ironically, I just got to that level in Halo today. BITCHIN'!

I need a copy of Halo.

And it would, oddly enough, help if it ran on a Rage Pro and NT 4.

Much of my room is a computer graveyard. Except the corpses are still alive.

It's funny how real-estate entrepreneurs buy tracts of land on the CA flood-plain for cheap, pull strings to get roads built through them, then sell them at killer prices to developers, who create massive housing grids and cities around them.

And then people decide to live there... :P

It's just another example of how there is more human stupidity in the universe than there is hydrogen. Either that, or the developer conned a couple of supermodels into living on the floodplain and used their presence as selling points.

And if any of you live there... it's nothing personal, and I apologize in advance.
