You get up at 5.30 in the morning and swim 80 lenths of a (admittedly rather small) pool and not eat any breakfast and we'll see if you swear and missplace your hands.

}if you missplace your hands... what do you missplace them with?{

I actually used to swim. Competitively, and so I know what you mean, although, usually we wouldn't refer to them as lengths. Ususally it would consist of a 200 IM warm-up then 200 ladders which go 200,250, 300, onto 500 all freestyle, if you don't make it, you start over.

There is a hydrogen peroxide-based chlorine replacement. It doesn't stink, and it doesn't sting.

Right here. Also, one spyware sweeper isn't enough.

Back when I was messing with the less-ugly Wnidoze NT, I installed only a few things: a defragger, IE 6, Spybot, a couple of service packs, and didn't go to any dark corners of the Internet where I would get spyware. Still, when I ran Spybot the first time, it turned things up that weren't supposed to be there.

While you're at it, get Firefox. Faster than IE, and it's supposed to be more secure (I don't get spyware, I use Linux... and Firefox).

Ad-Aware, Microsoft's Anti-Spyware, and Spy Sweeper (if you're having problems with trojans, but its shareware) are also recommended. They each also catch stuff in places the others don't look.
