It makes sense to someone. Namely my school administration. However, if I was in charge, school would be so different, you wouldn't even recognize it. Too bad. I guess people like the school administration are put in charge to keep some semblance of conformity, even if it is inefficient.

It makes perfect sense. I may be of the opinion that perfection is a 99 yard pass from McNabb to Owens, while you may be of the opinion that perfection is a 99 yard pass from Culpepper to Moss.
