I can't see myself ever paying $120 for a PDF file, for that much I want a solid, thick textbook.

I'm thinking of paying more in the $12 area.
Maybe I'll start an online business that does this if no one else does and become rich...

Not only that, but if I can get a used Bio book, I'll end up spending less than $120 on all my books for the upcoming semester. Let's hear it for state colleges, our degrees may not be draped in ivy and written in genuine blue-blood, but we don't have $150,000 outstanding student loans upon graduating!

I spent $300 for reading material on one course last semester. When I finally save up enough to pay off my debt, I'm gonna take it out in coins and beat you to death with it.

I'm just lucking out with two of my five professors not requesting textbooks at all and two classes only requiring small reference guides each costing less than $20 for the coming semester, the bio book is the only real concern ($110 new, $78 used). My last two textbook bills, however, came to $550 and $475, respectively, and I was only taking four classes per semester then. You are not alone in fighting the evil empire of textbook dealers, I'm just slipping in under the radar this semester (no reason to break out the sacks of pennies yet).
