I actually like it when new immigrants to the U.S. begin speaking English. It gives one an incredible insight into how the grammatical structure of another language works because often they overlay that structure on English.
For instance. I work with several native Chinese speakers (Mandarin and Canotnese). In most Chinese dialects, when you ask a question such as "How are you?" you have to include the positive and negative. So, are you busy in Cantonese is "ni mang bumang ma?" This means are you busy or not busy.
When they ask if you are busy in English, they say "busy, no busy?" or if they ask if something is good "gooda, no gooda."
