It's the Newport Bridge in Rhode Island, I'm not real sure what waterway it goes over though (and I'm too lazy to search).

That's my sister. At first, I was thinking..Do something with your hair! Then, when the pic came home, it just captured the..what is it..preciousness of her life, and like..I don't know..I just love that picture.
