Wow, that was really low. Just because a person resides in a third class country, where they don't have above middle-school education readily accessible, doesn't mean that one's IQ is any lower. In fact, some of the smartest people ever have been from third world countries. I lived in a place that could be considered third world. I know people who currently live in third world countries, and that does not make them any stupider. Mind you, this also doesn't make TheLoser any smarter.
