I didn't see a sexual innuendo. Was it really well hidden?

Excellent. I am rather partial to tasty sandwiches.

Also, if you are especially fond my writing style (which is very much like my speaking style, I go off on strange tangents occasionally, usually talking about how I occasionally go off on strange tangents when I'm talking) you will find The Hitchhikers Guide To The Universe an excellent reading excursion. I first learned of it after one of my teachers, after reading one of my famous 12 page essays about nothing at all, decided that I had stolen my way of writing from THGTTU, which was simply not true (especially as I had never read any of the books). I read it soon after with much relish (and possibly some Perfectly Normal Beast sandwiches, but I may have just imagined that part of it) and now that series is certainly my favorite series of books.

I really liked them all right up to Mostly Harmless. With the exception of ol' Arthur and his sandwiches and Ford's happy security robot, there really isn't all that much great material in that one (I didn't care for Random at all, nor the ending). The original and The Restaurant At The End Of The Universe fit toghether very well, Life, The Universe, and Everything changed the formula a little bit, but still proved to be excellent, and So Long and Thanks For All The Fish was completely different yet still had all the elements to be damn fine. Too much changed in Mostly Harmless for it to fit in very well with the rest of the series.
