First of all, I didn't think that you had the ability to shoot anyone in the first place, so what are you talking about. Second, don't citizens of LA have the same right to protect themselves as you do? Third, what the hell is a "PIN code"? And finally I'd just like to mention to the general population that this hypothetical felon would have, if he lived in LA, would have broken three federal laws all punishable with life in prison (felon attempting to purchase a firearm, felon with possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm with an altered serial number), and at least two California state laws punishable by life in prison (purchasing a firearm from an unlicensed dealer and possession of a firearm in the act of committing a crime), plus a host of local and state statutes getting him one hell of a fine along with his prison time.
