Nono, you missed the concept of a stupid math joke.

Try this one: when you're doing stuff with trig, teachers always tell you to draw a triangle and throw your theta anywhere because it doesn't matter at first. They're normally implying you should put it in the triangle, but for once, just write it anywhere on your paper. Go ahead and draw one of your random fancy pictures or do something with that theta until someone asks you what you're doing. Then, your reply should be something like "well, I was told to throw my theta anywhere, and then I sort of went off on a tangent."
