Probably Poly Sci. It'd be less of a pain in the ass to get a PhD in it than in either of the other two fields I could go into. I wouldn't need to learn a couple new languages as with Philosophy and wouldn't have to get into any high level math as with Econ.

You clearly took high level courses in a lot of disciplines.
And I'm afraid it's stretching a bit to consider Yale Law my alma mater. Undergrads weren't too welcome in the Law School, what with the way we clogged their cafeteria every lunch to get five bottles of Snapple on our meal plan, or caused uproar in the corridors every time we left the auditorium after Gaddis' Cold War class.

It's pretty much Latin or Greek, French or German, plus any topic-specific languages. A buddy of mine has qualified in Latin, Greek, French, Spanish, Arabic, and Sanskrit, and still has to learn Pali before he can finish off the requirements of his topic area (comparative ancient and transition-era philosophy of southeast Asia). Granted, he already knew French, Spanish, and some Arabic, but that's still four languages from scratch in addition to passing proficiency tests in those he already knew. Latin, Greek, Sanskrit, and Pali aren't exactly the most useful languages to know.

That reminds me of the time I went out on the harbour on a friend's launch for a bit of a booze-up. She invited a friend of hers, and warns me he's the most foul-mouthed person she's ever met. Fair dinkum, I think - should be interesting. Anyway, we pull up to the wharf at Darling Harbour, and there he is, a little dark-haired midget... with a gorgeous woman on each arm, and a few more clustered around him. Sure enough, they all hop on together, he's the most foul-mouthed little blighter I've ever met, and the girls are all over him for most of the cruise. I still look back in bafflement.
