I was in a really small town last 4th of July, and I'm talking.. one horse town, literally. And we just set off a ton of fireworks with the police setting off the first ones. It was beyond awesome.

As far as works of fire goes, I saw fireworks on the Second of July. On the beach. It was really nice.

In spite of the rain, people shot them off until about midnight. Then the less brave insane shot them off last night.
