Pepperoni isn't worth a damn if it isn't hard cured and aged. The crap you get from Pizza Hut isn't pepperoni. If we're going real pizza, I'll take it thin, with more sauce than could ever feel necessary, sliced mozzarella, basil, tomato, roasted green chile, and spicy italian sausage (likewise, that sausage you get from Pizza Hut is crap as well). If anything goes, I'd like a medium-weight crust, pesto, feta, pinon seeds, artichoke hearts, and just a massive amount of roasted green chile. If it's being mass produced, I'll have a pineapple, back bacon, and green chile with extra sauce.

I should rephrase then. I love fresh, warm, thin pepperoni on pizza. I don't like pepperoni plain, and I don't eat at Pizza Hut.

Nope. We got those here too.

DoubleDaves is a Texas thing, and we (family) like going there.

Real pizza joints in order: Villiage Pizza in Corrales (cheap, not afraid to mix it up), Tony's Pizzaria on Tijeras (Best sauce anywhere. Ever. I'm absolutely not kidding.), Al's NYPD on Central and Thrid (traditional New York pizza the way it's supposed to be), Fratelli's Deli on Lomas (everything is made from scratch, honest. When it takes an hour to get a medium pizza and you're the only one in the place, you know they're doing it right,), Giovanni's Pizzaria on San Pedro (basic New York pizza, it's hard to find a good spinach and green chile pizza anywhere else).

Mass produced (relative term, anything with more than one local branch gets on this list) pizza joints in order: Dion's Restaurants (killer non-traditional pizzas and salads), Pudge Bros. Pizza (cheap, two 12in two topping pizzas for $12, spicy sauce). I'm not going to eat Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Peter Piper pizza and I'll try to avoid Little Caesar's and Papa John's if at all possible.

There's a NY style pizza here called Nu Yalk Pizza. Having had pizza in New York, it's authentic and excellent.

I actually like Domino's. Their thin crust is good, particularly with ham.

Domino's is terrible...disgusting...greasy...horrid stuff. All pizza is, except for Pirate's Pizza or Black Rock Pizza.

Yeah I like Nu Yalk Pizza. And the Round Table where I used to live was superb.

Forgot about Pirate's. That's good stuff too. We need to have a clan event to there some time.

That Nu Yalk Pizza place used to be called New York pizza. Then they changed their name. And although I haven't eaten there in a long time, when i did it sucked. Like it was cardboard and fake cheese. And just thinking about it, i bet pizza has less nutritional value than a burger does for you. Just referencing to the posts about fast food in something to do.

Don't have most of the above, just Pizza Hut, Homerun Pizza, and Papa Murpheys. The latter is just absolutely horrible, the second one is the only one that delivers, but its on par with university dorm pizza, and Pizza Hut happens to be the best of the lot, regardless of the wait time involved.

I have a private vendetta against Papa John's for their horrible sauce.

Fox's pizza is really good. We had one down the street at my old house. Mmm.
