I don't suppose you could translate that into Quenya or Sindarin?

It can start any time. At the end of each month, we'll choose the best chronicle out of the four or five released in that month (I don't know how Slayer intends to do that, whether he'll act as sole judge, form a panel, or take votes.) I believe he intends to start at the end of August.
2. does the cron have to take place in cythera or can I put a modren twist on it
All chronicles submitted to the Cythera chronicle forum should have something to do with Cythera - either the game, or a/the pre/post game history. However, this hasn't always been strictly enforced in the past. Personally, for the purposes of this contest, I think that this should be strictly enforced - otherwise, what's the point of giving it a mention on Slayer's Guide?
3. do people need help judging crons because I have a LOT of time on my hands
Slayer will have to answer that one; I have no idea how he's panning to do it.

Hopefully this will become a regular monthly feature. I intend to hold the first vote at the end of this month (i.e. after one more chronicle). Chronicle submission for this month is now closed, but I encourage everyone to get a head start on August.

In general, chronicles should relate at least superficially to Cythera. I can't really hold chronicles to any stricter standard than that because only a handfull of chronicles have had more than a superficial relation to Cythera.

I intend to take a vote. All members of our board are welcome to take part in the vote. Only one vote per real person. We don't need to have Cache voting with all of his dozen accounts .

Actually, it's a lot less; most of them got killed by the e-mail glitch when the boards were moved to Asgard.

I wasn't suggesting it was in Quenya or Sindarin, I was asking if Gandreas would deign to translate it into Quenya or Sindarin, since I could take a crack at reading that
Oh.
