Hey, Violet, you've been around awhile, right? It says you joined in January, which is the same time that I did. I thought I recognized your name.
Oh, and btw, i'm not sure how many stories are going on, but the Tavern is easy to join in. Just do a post introducing yourself to the story somehow. (Mine was easy- Ferazel got me on here, so I just said that Katerei and Ferazel had known each other for a long time and Katerei finally came back.)
Moonshadow: Great! So we now have 3 girls? You, me and Violet? I guess that means Sasha and Leandra and them aren't real- just being done by other people. See, I don't really pay attention to who's posting...

Yes, Leandra, Sasha, Flynn, Ulf, Trianis, Wolmark, Sideline, Talm, theKestral, Velcarn, and probobly others are just Team-Story accounts, for convenince.

Well, it's not as hard as you might think, really.
First, you develop a character idea; it doesn't have to be too complete at first, there's plenty of time for you to invent and reveal new aspects as the stories progress.
Second, you pick a good place to jump in, where you'll get plenty of interaction.
That's all! The Tavern is a pretty good place right now, since there are a lot of characters around at the moment.

Oh yes, a good way to find out which characters belong to which poster, is to check the Character Info thread, and see who posted the details for the character you're interested in.

The 'Violet' tag was originally created by Murgen, for use when he was writing for the 'Violet' character in 'The Hypergate' - one of the EV:B&B equivalents to our 'Alraeican Tavern'. The tag got retired, and he apparently gave it to his sister. As to exactly when she started using it, you'll have to wait for Violet to reply on that one.

ok, thanks, cache. now that you mention it, that's where i remember the name Violet from. I actually used to be a part of the Hypergate myself, until I left the boards. And btw, I'll starting watching for who's posting more often.
