"Rogan, this man here is named Talos, he lives in the corner of town. If I can remember correctly, his room is on the second floor of the guardhouse. When I last visited him, I think he was a Freemage helping the Judge of Odemia." Ferazel says.

After some asking around, they finally found Talos` house. Rogan said to his six men: "You can do what you want now. We`ll meet by the gate in one hour". The six men smiled and went straight for the tavern.

*Okay, I'm here. Sorry, but my hard drive had broken, I can begin posting again.*

He walked into Talos's house, and found it seemingly empty. Though things were in good order, no one seemed to be inside. However, there was a sound coming from the kitchen. As he looked, he saw food moving itself, and a shadow with no source. Ferazel, catching on, said: "Hello, Talos. What are you doing?" Looking at the shadow, they began to see a person coming into focus. "Hello.", said Talos.

Everyone of Rogans men were gathered in the tavern. Mutaro and Rongar were throwing the dice, Keno and Angus were drunk, Korax got cheated in a card game and Lucas was reading a book. Suddenly, the door opened. A man with a dagger in his chest walked in. "You are being followed" he said, "Tavaras book..." the man fell to the ground, dead. Lucas tried to resurrect him, but he couldn`t. He looked down at the body and said: "Peisander?"

Suddenly, Ferazel and Rogan run in the bar. "What happened?" asked Rogan. "Just a minute, I'll find out." Ferazel said. He casts 'Death Cause' on the body and finds out that....

Mutaro rolled his eyes and said: "well, death cause it pretty obvious since he has a dagger in the heart". And Ferazel quickly discovered that death was caused by a thrown dagger in Peisanders heart. "This was the man who gave me information about Tavaras book in the first place!" Lucas said. Rogan, quite shocked, sent Keno and Mutaro out to investigate...

Two hours later, the two men returned. "We found something quite interesting" Mutaro said, "Keno and I overheard a conversation between two men outside the city wall. We couldn`t hear much, but the words "Tavara", "Peisander", "Rogan" and "Kushluk" was mentioned". Keno interrupted: "Someone is definately following us"...

"Well, let's go now." Ferazel said. They got up, and left Odemia. The person following them was disguised as a guard in a guardhouse. "Bye." the fake gaurd said, and opened the gate out. After Ferazel, Rogan and Rogan's team was almost out of sight, the phoney gaurd started after them very quietly....

...and followed them for about ten minutes before he went into the forest. The fake guard then met with his master, a large man with a scar over his left eye. "Well, they know a lot about Tavaras book" the fake guard said to his master, "and one of them, the one with long dark hair, has a key that can be very valuable. I could not get close enough to hear what they said to the man in Odemia, his name being Talos. And I disposed of the mage". "Very good" the man with the scar answered, "you have been of valuable service". The fake guard rolled his eyes and said: "Well, I`m out of this now. Where is my payment?". The man with the scar smiled and answered: "Don`t worry. You will get what you diserve...since you are a servant of the king, working under my command is a very bad thing. It makes you a traitor, right? And as a traitor, you will get what you diserve". The man quickly put his hand to the fake guards mouth, and nothing was heard when a dagger penetrated his throat...as the man fell to the ground, the man with the scar turned to some other men and said: "Follow them! Losing control of Tavaras book is not an option!" The scared men replied simultaneously: "Wery well, master Kushluk"...

The men follow until Ferazel and Rogan were almost at a passage into the mountain. The passage would contain, Talos said, a person that will tell you more about the location of Tavara's grimore and journal. As Rogan and Ferazel approached the passage, the two men hurried up near Rogan and Ferazel. They casted a simple invisibility spell on themselves, and rushed into the cave. They found some stalagmites and stalagtites and rigged them into a powerful trap...

Rogan ordered his team to guard the cavern entrance. Ferazel cast an embrightment spell. Rogan went first, not noticing the thin threadabout seven inches over the ground...Jack (you`re still with us, I suppose??) grabbed Rogans shoulder and pulled him backwards "Stop!" he said, "I sense something".

As they stood still, everyone could here a faint low humming from a distance. Jack kneeled over to the floor to see if it came from below them, and saw the tripwire.

Jack pointed at the roof and said: "Advanced spike trap. Those things are not nice to get in the head". Rogan looked at the tripwire and said: "heads up, friends. The ones following us are propably here now, and they want Tavaras book really bad..."

Ferazel rolled a boulder towards the tripwire. It hit the tripwire, and the spikes fell down, causing a small earthquake. The earthquake made a crevise in the cave, and Ferazel fell in...

After the smoke had cleared, Ferezel looked around. He had fallen about thirty feet down, and was still a little dazed. A faint erie green light filtered through the surounding rocks. Ferezel stood up a gazed through a crack, gasping as a figure came into veiw.

Its putrid flesh was rotting of its bones and falling to the floor. A rancid smell wafted up to his nose, causing him to choke. The figure was wearing an old battered suit of armor, a huge, two handed sword, and a onyx helm. It got up and started walking towards the wall where Ferezel peeked out from.

They joined Ferazel in the abyss and looked around. The person that was in the cave with them beckoned them into a passage into the rock....

Texas Instruments has developed lots of graphing calculators, such as the TI-83+, as I have. Texas Instruments has also made an adding machine that you have to hit the + button several times to add or subtract. Wierd.
