Hmm, as I said, I wouldn't recommend doing that...

Yes. Calling a mod cranky isn't wise. Particularly if it's true...

The semantic value of DF's message was, quite obviously, 'your board is rather lame.'

Actually, it was more of 'the people on this board are rather lame' and 'everyone good has moved on to someplace else.'

Thus making it a delicately phrased complaint.

This is disturbing. The only people in Trash Talk are mods, dude3, and myself. And two spammers. The last five post in this topics were all from mods......

Although that doesn't make said posts any more or less important.

All this means is that you are in a group of the true elite ASW posters. Lets hear it for Ares Trash Talk: the Monaco of the ASW boards (or something)!

I honestly think I *have* been posting more on the Cythera boards than the Ares boards of late. The Briefing Room and the Engineering Dept have pretty much died, and I've never been much for the Officers' Club or Trash Talk.

Mmmm. The term "stagnant" comes to mind when I look at those two boards. Either that, or "Avara".

Well, if Hera could make cooperative multiplayer campaigns... </wishful thinking>

Though that probably wouldn't change much, perhaps make a few more plug-ins pop into existance before the boards died down a bit.
