Well.. if we're talking about pasta sauces, I'd have to go with a nice white cream sauce with some wine or a classic cheese sauce (aka Mac & cheese)

British gangster movies, and damned good ones at that. Lock Stock made the director, Guy Ritchie, rather famous over here. Layer Cake was going to be his third, but he decided not to do it, and his producer did it instead. Very different style, but still excellent! Daniel Craig being just as cool as he was as Bond.
