Presumably SA will return in a week or two, and if he thinks we've been behaving, he'll prolong the locking. Seriously, unless ATT grows, the cycle of lockings is necessary for our survival; it forces us to make new topics and keep away stagnation.

Nah, we don't need lockings. A member drive would be good – I recommend the Redline board as there are many fresh newbies ripe for the picking.
